1, Heat resistant fireproof control cable

It is used as fireproof of signal transmission wire of appliances meter and automatic control system at fireproof at rated AC voltage 450/750V and below in petroleum,chemistry,power generating and metallurgy industries under high,low temp and acid,alkali,oil,water and corrosive circumstances.
Using feature
Operating temp:PVC, low-smoke low-halogen PVC plastic insulated not more than 105 C
F46 fluorine plastics insulated not more than 200℃
F4 fluorine plastics insulated not more than 260℃
F47 fluorine plastics insulated not more than 285℃
For fire-resistance control cable ,the circuit shall uninterrupted for more than three hours under the conditions of 1000 C fire temperature and 1000V applied voltage.
Rated voltage :Uo/U 450/750V and below
Mini ambient temp: fixed installation  - 60℃,not-fixed installation –20℃
Mini bending radius: non-armoured cable≥10 times of the cable diameter: armoured cable≥12 times of the cable diameter

2, Heat resistant fireproof power cable

Executive standard   Q/LB 005.5-2006
It is used as heat-resistant fire-proof cable with –40C~285C operating temperature at rated voltage up to 0.6/1 KV in steel factory and power plant metallurgy factory and chemistry factory and chemistry factory.Under high,low temp and acid ,alkali, oil, water and corrosive circumstances.
Using feature  Rated voltage :Uo/U 0.6/1KV
Operating temp:
F46 fluorine plastics insulated not more than 200℃
F4 fluorine plastics insulated not more than 260℃
F47 fluorine plastics insulated not more than 285 ℃
For fire-resistance power cable ,the circuit shall uninterrupted for more than 3 hours under the conditions of 1000C fire temperature and 1000V applied voltage. Cable can not bear mechanical stress .Min bending radius is 20 times of cable diameter.

3,Heat resistant fireproof flexible cable

Executive standard   Q/LB 005.6-2006
It is used for mobile electric equipment in power generating and metallurgy industry under high temperature,fireproof and corrosiveness.
Using feature
Rated voltage :Uo/U 450/750V
Operature temperature: -40℃ ~ 500℃            -40℃~800℃
For fireproof flexible cable ,the circuit shall uninterrupted for more than 3 hours under the condition of 1000C fire temperature 1000V applied voltage.
