Standard of Product

The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB/T 12706-2002.At the same time ,it can also be manufactured according to IEC, BS, DIN and AEIC upon request.

Application
The product is suitable for power distribution lines or fixed installation with rated power-frequency voltage up to and including 0.6/1kV.

Operating Characteristics
Rated power-frequency voltage Uo/U: 0.6/1kV
Max. permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 70℃.
Max. temperature of conductor during short-circuit(5s maximum duration) shall not exceed:
Cross-section of conductor ≤300mm2 :160℃;
Cross-section of conductor ＞300mm2 :140℃.
The ambient temperature under installation should not below 0℃.
The bending radius of a single-core cable: not less than 20 times of cable’s OD
The bending radius of a multi-core cable: not less than 15 times of cable’s.OD

Installation operating condition of cable
* In Air
The single-core cables are paralleled laid , the distance between the cable center is 2 times diameter of the cable for cross-section of conductor≤185 mm2 and 90mm for cross-section of conductor ≥240 mm2
Ambient air temperature: 40℃
Max. permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 70℃
Correction factor of current rating under different ambient temperature:

Ambient air temperature	20℃	25℃	30℃	35℃	40℃	45℃
Correction factor	1.29	1.22	1.15	1.08	1.0	0.91

* Direct in the ground
When the single-core cables are layed separately, the
distance between the cable’s center is 2 times diameter
of the cable.
Soil temperature: 25℃
Max. continuous operating temperature of conductor: 70℃.
Soil thermal resistivity: 1.0k.m/w
Depth of laying: 0.7m
Correction factor of current rating under different soil temperature:
