Standard of product

The cables are designed for aerial power lines and room-entrance wires with Uo/U up to and including 0.6/1kV

The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB/T12527-2008. At the same time ,it can also be manufactured according to IEC,BS,DIN and AEIC upon request.

Operating Characterastics

Rated Voltage:1kv

Max permissable continuous operating temperature of conductor

PVC insulated aerial cable: 70℃

PE insulated aerial cable: 75℃

XLPE insulated aerial cable:90℃

Max temperature of the conductor during short-circuit (5s maximum duration) shall not exceed :

PVC insulated aerial cable: 160℃

PE insulated aerial cable: 130℃

XLPE insulated aerial cable: 250℃

The ambient temperature under installation should not be lower than -20℃

The bending radius of cable are recommended as follow:

When the diameter of cable is less than 25㎜:not less than 4 times of the cable’s OD

When the diameter of cable is more than and including 25mm: not less than 6 times of the cable’s OD

When the cable are used in the alternative current systerm,rated voltage of cables should be at least equal to the rated voltage of the system;when the cables are used in direct current system, rated voltage should not exceed than 1.5 times of the rated voltage of the cables
