Main property index and technical requirement

1.Conduclor should be tinned flexible copper wire class 5 or class 6 as specified in GB/T3956. Conductor d.c. resistance at 20°C shall be in accordance with GB/T3956

2.Insulation shall adopt EPR basis rubber which is of great aging resistant performance and etectrical property. Completed cable power frequency sparking test: cable ratedvoltage 0.6/1kV. 3.5kV/5min without puncture, 1.8/3kV, 6.5kV/5 min. without puncture.

3.Sheath shall adopt rubber which is of cold-proof, oil-proof. light aging-resisting and fiame-retardant properties with its color generally black.

4.Flame-retardant property shall be in accordance with GB/T18380.1.

5. Anti-reversing test
5.1 Individual cable 10m impending freely at ambient tem-perature will not crack after 10000 cycles reversing (1 time is reversing 1 cycle forward and reverse). and voltage test2.5U,/5min without puncture.
5.2 Individual cable 10m impending freely at -40°C will not crack after 7000 cycles reversing (1 time is reversing240° forward and reverse), and voltage test 2.5U05min without puncture.
